Customer Support Officer

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure that the company receives all necessary payments from debtors.
• Contact customers to notify them of overdue payments and document debts collected.
• Performing proper follow-up on accounts via phone calls and letters to ensure payment is received.
• Use internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
• Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
• Manage accounts, arrange debt repayment and establish repayment schedules.
• Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
  
  

What we are expecting from you:

• Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE;
• Fluent in English;
• Must be available in UAE;
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
• Ability to work under stressful conditions.
