Customer Support Representative (Part-time)

• This job is part time 2 Days/Week with a potential to grow to full time in the next 6-12 months
• Candidates must be based in Dubai or Sharjah on their own visa. Remote (combination of work from home and office visits)

What you'll be doing:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp—make sure every question is answered and every issue resolved quickly and kindly.
• Help customers with purchasing, redeeming, and exchanging vouchers.
• Sell experiences and ask for feedback to help us improve.
• Coordinate with our partners to check availability, book experiences, and confirm details.
• Handle physical gift orders and coordinate courier deliveries.
