Cybersecurity Operations Specialist, Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

Our clients are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to oversee daily security operations, manage incident response, and optimize security technologies to protect the organization’s infrastructure. This role is essential for maintaining a robust cybersecurity posture, ensuring the resilience and compliance of systems, and managing tools like Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX. You will be responsible for managing security tools, responding to security incidents, and implementing frameworks that protect against cybersecurity threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Zscaler ZIA (Internet Access) Management: Administer and optimize Zscaler ZIA to secure internet traffic, enforce security policies, and prevent malicious activity.
• Zscaler ZPA (Private Access) Management: Manage and configure Zscaler ZPA to ensure secure remote access and zero-trust connectivity.
• Zscaler ZDX (Digital Experience) Management: Oversee Zscaler ZDX to monitor user experience and application performance, enhancing delivery and security.
• Deception Platform Management: Deploy and manage deception technologies to detect and track attackers within the network.
• Security Tool Management: Manage and optimize various security tools including SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms, improving detection capabilities and reducing false positives.
• Incident Analysis and Response: Conduct thorough analysis of security breaches and incidents using cybersecurity technologies. Lead response coordination and documentation, ensuring swift mitigation.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in security operations management, particularly within a multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, endpoint security, remote access, and malware protection.
• Preferred experience in the energy and utilities sector.
