Cybersecurity Sales Operations Account Manager

As a Sales Operations Account Manager you will be required to interact with partners both internal and external, validating all partners purchase orders prior to the order entry process, resolving discrepancies and moving partners orders through the ERP system to be processed for shipped & invoiced. Moreover, you will work closely with Cyber Security Director to support in terms of forecasts and data analysis with division sales numbers. Full induction / training will be given. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interaction, developing productive working relationships and managing an ever-changing workload where accuracy and attention to detail is key.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle Forecast sheet revenue/ margin MS sheets for the partners/ vendor
* Ensure 1View quotes are sent to the partners within the agreed SLA
* Handle partners' deal registration within the vendor portal
* Process Orders with time manners with margin standards.
* Call & Respond to partners' requests promptly in a professional and friendly manner
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints in a prioritized manner
* Build and maintain business relationships with partners, ensuring actions are processed promptly and accurately
* Follow up directly with partners by telephone, electronically
* Interact with Presales and Services for qualifying and preparing the BOQ as per the customer requirement
* Manage all order-related issues to the satisfaction of the partners and the business and report to Division director
* Keep records of partners interactions, transactions and comments using workflow tools
* Maintain ongoing communication with partners, providing regular status updates
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Sales and Product Management
Finance & Operations Support:
* Work with the Credit team for order release
* Work with Alliance mangers for Credit approvals
* Work Logistics team for shipping related information & partners deliveries
* Work with Purchasing team for order processing to vendors
* Work with operation to ensure orders received are processed
* Deliver accurate sales reports to management
* Lead generation with analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
* Support Vendors in product marketing activities.
* Demand generation for customer interactions for local recording and data centric.
ABOUT YOU
Essential Skills
* Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Sales operations experience of a minimum of 5 years
* Management coordinator with a minimum of 5 years
* Resilient with the ability to tactfully handle difficult situations
* Possess strong problem-solving skills
* Accurately captures partners' information
* Good inter-personal skills
* Expert with Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft
* Fluent English is a must, and Arabic/French is an advantage
