About The Job

As a candidate for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply chain Functional Consultant Associate certification, you're a functional consultant or a business user with a deep understanding on Supply chain management You have experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 SCM to meet the needs of your organization. You're a key resource who works with developers, solution architects, project managers, and functional consultants in SCM, commerce, and manufacturing. 

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree /Master Degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O.
• Experience in developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations
• Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of AX solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology
• Extensive experience in - Supply chain like Order Management, Inventory, Distribution & Transportation Management, Planning & Scheduling, Product Management, Workflow Management, etc Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases and User acceptance testing
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, excellent problem solving and analytical skills, knowledge in integration applications, base workflows/security settings.
• Should have the experience in product master/hierarchy of the products/warehouse management.
• Experience in the DMF for transferring inventory / master data.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment are critical
• Travel internationally and domestically as and when required
  
  

What You Need to Do?

• Understand customer business, analyze, and document the requirements.
• Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations.
• Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
• Trains users on new processes and product.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Configure AX to suite the customer requirements.
• Blueprint document & Fit-Gap analysis and conduct User Training.
• Prepare functional specifications to address process gaps.
• To configure application, analyze and upload the data.
• Perform System Testing and maintain Process/Test documents.
• Interact with customers /Stakeholders at Customer site to understand any challenges.
• Collaborate with technical team to provide simulation and track resolution of issues.
• Monitor issues through Ticket tracking system and ensure ticket closure within SLA.
