Data & AI Outreach & Advisory Specialist (Arabic Sopeakers)

We are looking for a passionate and driven Data & AI Outreach & Advisory Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in engaging stakeholders, conducting strategic research, and driving AI and data advisory initiatives to align with the city’s digital transformation agenda. The ideal candidate will work closely with various entities to enforce data and AI regulations, mobilize internal expertise, and create awareness materials that promote best practices in the field.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, data strategy, digital transformation, or related advisory roles.
• Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to engage, mobilize, and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI and data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in developing awareness materials, reports, and policy advisory documents.
