Job Objective

To lead strategic and operational projects, analyze data for decision-making, develop policies based on insights, and enable digital transformation through electronic system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor strategic and operational project plans.
- Analyze numbers, financial indicators, and statistical data to extract accurate insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and review impactful policy and analytical studies.
- Coordinate and implement electronic integrations between internal and external systems.
- Design and build interactive dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Apply artificial intelligence techniques to enhance institutional performance.
- Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools: Power BI, Excel, SQL
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
- Experience in public policy analysis and impact assessment.
- Good understanding of electronic integration (APIs – Web Services).
- Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in business.
- Strong ability to understand and analyze numerical and statistical data in an operational context.
- PMP – Project Management Professional 2. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) 3. Google Data Analytics Certificate 4. Microsoft AI Fundamentals (AI-900) 5. Scrum Master / Agile Foundation 6. API Fundamentals by Postman 7. Effective Business Presentation (LinkedIn Learning)
