What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst to join our central analytics team. Our team supports multiple brands across the group, delivering insights, reports, and analytics to help brands optimize their strategies and drive business growth.

You will work in a centralized team that partners with brand stakeholders to provide actionable intelligence, ensure data accuracy, and develop custom analytics solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work across diverse brands and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Dashboarding
  • Maintain and enhance standard and brand-specific custom dashboards
  • Support the delivery of "self-serve" analytics to brand teams.
  • Customer Insights & Analysis
  • Deliver ad-hoc and periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) customer insights.
  • Analyze customer demographics, product affinities, omnichannel behaviors, and prospect profiles.
  • Provide insights to support campaigns, product launches, and key calendar events.
  • Database & Data Quality Management
  • Perform data ingestion verification and gap analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in collaboration with IT and data teams.
  • Business Logic & Metrics Implementation
  • Assist in implementing business-specific logic, attributes, and metrics in Looker and Salesforce.
  • Support custom segmentation, brand-specific attributes, and categorization models.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Participate in monthly review and planning meetings with brands and the omnichannel team.
  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and product teams to align analytics with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets.
  • Experience with Looker (dashboard creation & data exploration).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for quick data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a centralized analytics team serving multiple brands.
  • Knowledge of omnichannel retail KPIs and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Exposure to segmentation and personalization strategies in retail marketing.

Tools & Platforms You’ll Use

  • Salesforce Service Cloud – Customer data management and service tracking.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Campaign tracking and customer journey analysis.
  • Looker – Dashboard development, ad-hoc analysis, and self-serve reporting.
  • SQL – Data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
