More About The Role

Measuring transformation impact requires sophisticated analytical capabilities combined with strategic insight. In this position, you'll develop frameworks that track progress, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities for course correction. You will gather and analyse data from multiple sources, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations that guide decision-making. Your work will provide the evidence base that validates transformation approaches and helps optimise ongoing implementation efforts.

What You'll Do

•  Develop a comprehensive framework for measuring transformation progress and effectiveness
• Design and implement data collection methods to track progress against KPIs
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform programme adjustments
• Create regular reports and dashboards to visualise transformation progress for different stakeholders
• Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of specific transformation initiatives
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimise transformation approaches
• Develop predictive models to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities
• Design and implement feedback mechanisms to capture qualitative insights on transformation impact
  
  

Experience That Contributes To Success

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, evaluation or performance measurement
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience in developing and implementing measurement frameworks for organisational initiatives
• Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Understanding of change management principles and how to measure change effectiveness
• Experience in using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
• Experience with advanced analytics tools and techniques for deriving meaningful insights from complex datasets
