Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using Power BI and Data Lake to provide insights that help the business make smart decisions. You will create clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations to share your findings with both technical and non-technical teams. If you love working with data and turning it into actionable insights, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Build efficient Power BI data models and design intuitive dashboards and reports.
• Use DAX functions for calculations, filtering, rankings, and performance optimization.
• Deploy data models into production and integrate them into business applications.
• Monitor data quality and establish best practices for governance.
• Present insights in a clear and simple way to all stakeholders.
• Manage gateways, connections, and user roles in Power BI securely.
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales to solve real business problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role (preferably in large organizations or logistics).
• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• Ability to design dashboards compatible with mobile devices.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of database concepts.
• Ability to extract data from REST APIs and build meaningful visualizations.
• Analytical mindset with statistical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Python knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
