This dynamic role offers the chance to innovate and expand the organization’s presence for Data centre services across Middle East.
Responsibility and Authority
- Drive revenue growth for TÜV SÜD’s Data Centre-related business through strategic account management.
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and leading associations to enhance TÜV SÜD's Middle East presence.
- Serve as a representative of ONE TÜV SÜD in all sales activities, acting as the primary interface between customers and internal teams and their respective service portfolios across various levels, including collaboration with other business units.
- Develop strategies to address the data centre market needs in Middle East and work with all business units in the company to implement these strategies.
- Develop comprehensive and competitive fee proposals tailored to client needs for data centre advisory, certifications, testing and inspection services.
- Remuneration is based on an On-Target Earning Scheme

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), emerging power technologies, and physical infrastructure standards such as TIA-942, UTI, or ISO 22237 is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of data centre design concepts and requirements to be able to engage both customers and internal teams to effectively push company’s services to the market.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data centre-related sales or key account management, preferably with exposure to the Middle East market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving year-on-year profitability increases.
- Strong leadership skills to develop a competitive team supported by global subject matter experts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments and fostering teamwork.
- Ability to articulate complex information clearly, demonstrating strong clarity of thought.
- High learning agility to navigate complex, fast-paced environments while adapting to challenges effectively.
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build networks and communities within the data centre ecosystem.
Financial
- Responsible for Revenue growth of assigned data centre market portfolio
- Responsible for new and additional sales target.
- Building client relationships and go to market approach to grow company’s services for the sector
- Contact base to decision makers in organization of customers in own responsibility (industry, region/territory) -e.g. also via social media
- Marketing and Customer-related activities documented in CRM
