Data Management Analyst (UAEN)

Our client is leading in the aircraft and aviation services industry, with a strong presence in Dubai and a global footprint. The company specializes in aircraft leasing and related technical operations.

The Data Management Analyst preserves the integrity and value of all technical records produced, provided, and administered between the company and customer airlines for each aircraft in the fleet, ensuring timely and effective data management.

• Conduct basic and detailed analysis of inspection reports and supporting data.

• Upload, index, and file aircraft records in electronic systems (ADEPT, ODIN).

• Assist in data collection, liaising with inspectors and airlines as needed.

• Support ongoing maintenance, testing, and reporting of enhancements to ODIN and ADEPT.

• Respond promptly and clearly to data requests from internal departments.

• Analyze fleet utilization reports and liaise with airlines to resolve issues.

• Manage technical library requirements, including OEM publications and amendment services.

• Aid in obtaining technical data from OEMs, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

• Support internal systems such as "MyBoeingFleet" and "AirbusWorld."

• Ensure all data management policies and procedures are current and accurate.

• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and quality.

• UAEN is mandatory

• 2+ years in data management or technical records within the aeronautical/aviation industry.

• Previous experience handling aircraft records and documentation.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills; experience with databases desirable.

• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and focused on data integrity.
