Data Migration Architect

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Architect to lead our data migration strategies and implementation across various projects. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to assess current data landscapes, design migration frameworks, and ensure the integrity and security of data during the migration process. Requirements
1. Must have a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in managed data management projects 2. Specialized into data migration/data quality subjects within SAP space 3. Experience architecting and deploying multi-tiered large scale applications. 4. Should have experience data migration technologies like SAP Data Services, Migration cockpit or Syniti 5. Effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders including C-level executives, should be able to perform well in pressure situations 6. Project management and Solution Architecting, Handle Multiple Projects on Data Quality/Data profiling, Data cleansing, Data Standardization, Data Governance etc 7. Require functional proficiency in O2C, P2P, F2M to manage data discussions 8. Should have worked as a technical lead handling a team size of 15- 20 members 9. Ability to motivate a team and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking as required 10. Lead the delivery of complex Data migration projects and programs manage matrixed teams made up of people from company, our clients and other third parties 11. Deliver value for our clients through helping them solve their biggest problems with data solutions
