About The Role

As our Data Science Senior Manager, you’ll drive high-impact projects, mentor a brilliant team, and deploy cutting-edge solutions in our cloud-first ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end data science projects — from ideation to deployment — using ML, causal inference, and time-series analysis.
- Design and implement models that uncover trends, optimize performance, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to turn insights into action and shape data-driven strategies.
- Coach and mentor data scientists, building a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Work closely with data engineering and intelligence teams to operationalize solutions in Azure and Snowflake.
- Advocate for smarter data structures and analytics platforms to future-proof our tech stack.
Education & Experience
- Master’s in Data Science, Applied Math, or related field (PhD is a plus).
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or AI.
- Expert in Python, R, SQL, and distributed databases (Snowflake, HQL).
- Deep knowledge of ML techniques (clustering, neural nets, decision trees).
- Proficient in Azure tools: DataBricks, AzureML, ADF, ADLS.
- Strong grasp of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and causal analysis.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms (n8n, Agent Bricks) is a bonus.
- Strategic thinker with a product mindset.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Proven leadership in diverse, agile teams.
