Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Data Scientist to join our fast-growing AI team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing AI Agent systems powered by large language models (LLMs). You will design scalable frameworks, enhance intelligent task execution, and integrate advanced AI capabilities into real-world applications. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize AI Agent and Multi-Agent systems based on LLMs, enhancing autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Develop and improve multi-turn instruction understanding and dialogue capabilities for large models.
• Build and implement agent tool interfaces, enabling seamless integration with external systems and APIs.
• Engineer and optimize RAG-based retrieval-augmented QA systems and apply domain-specific model enhancements.
• Lead the development of robust, scalable frameworks for Workflow, Agent, and Multi-Agent coordination.
• Continuously research and apply the latest AI and LLM advancements to enhance product capabilities.
• Contribute to prompt engineering, including CoT (Chain of Thought), ReAct, and complex context management strategies.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent agent system development.
• Proven experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and online production Agent projects.
• Practical experience with RAG, Multi-Agent systems, Workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering techniques.
  
  

Skills

• Strong programming skills with solid foundations in data structures and algorithms; proficient in Python.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python backend frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Expertise in machine learning and data mining algorithms with a strong mathematical background.
• Proficient in using containerization tools like Docker.
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Proficient in Git and modern development workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Self-driven with strong ownership, a passion for innovation, and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
