- المتابعة اليومية لأعمال شعبة المشتريات وفقَا للنظم والإجراءات المعتمدة، ورفع التقارير اللازمة للمسؤول المباشر متضمنة التوصيات والمقترحات
- المساهمة في إعداد المواصفات للمواد المستهدف شرائها بالتنسيق مع الجهة مقدمة الطلب
- البحث عن عروض أسعار للمواد المراد شرائها، ورفع التقارير اللازمة للمسؤول المباشر متضمنة عروض الاسعار والتوصيات والمقترحات
- توفير وشراء احتياجات الدائرة من المواد والأصناف المختلفة بأفضل الأسعار وبمعايير الجودة المعتمدة
- إصدار أوامر الشراء حسب المعايير المعتمدة في نظام ال GRP
- إعداد وارسال أمر الشراء للموردين عن طريق البريد الالكترون ي وتحديد مدة التوريد للتوقيع على النسخة الالكترونية وإعادة ارساله للجهة المستهدفة
- المحافظة على جميع المستندات الخاصة بأمر الشراء ونسخة أمر الشراء الموقعة من المورد وجميع مستندات الصرف في نظام ال GRP
