Overview:

We seek a Distribution Center Supervisor in charge of the daily planning, organization, and operation of a distribution center. Controls one or more distribution center functions, such as order processing, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving.

Job Duties & Responsibility:

• Planning and scheduling the movement of goods within the distribution center
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy of stock
• Supervising the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
• Looking after the fleet
• Monitoring the performance of employees and taking corrective action as needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment
• Coordinating with other departments and managers to optimize operations
• Managing budgets and controlling costs
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operation or logistics operations
