Our Customer Development is looking for a Manager looking after our UAE dCom business focusing on our Pureplay & Quick Commerce customers.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Focusing on exponentially growing our dCom UAE business focused around Pureplay & Quick Commerce. Which will be achieved through:
Skills, Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum undergraduate degree in business related fields with a proven track record of experiences within the UAE dCom landscape.
Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Performance Marketing will be an advantage.
Agile, proactive, and curious.
Strong in Data and insights analytics ( e.g. data crunching)
Strong commitment and results oriented.
Strong in project management & data acumen
Strong influencing. communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in being accountable for Target delivery and thinking innovatively to enable exponential growth.
Excellent Excel/Presentation skills and Analytical Skills
Good Communication Skills and able to work in fast paced environment and manage timelines

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Focusing on exponentially growing our dCom UAE business focused around Pureplay & Quick Commerce. Which will be achieved through:
- Deliver business targets for turnover, reach, OLA and penetration (basket size, new product penetration, cross-selling, upselling, purchase frequency)
- Work closely with CMI and Data teams to identify the most prominent consumer journeys from insight to execution. Create an unparalleled shopping experience and optimize digital shelf presence and brand performance by leveraging analytic tools and techniques to understand content performance
- Create and deploy a digital commerce channel strategy (for Pureplay & Quick Commerce customers) to drive exponential growth and incremental penetration.
- Build the E2E view on channels, priorities for each BU and provide BUs the distribution & conversion tactics with best practices and failures.
- D efine channel definitions in the continuously evolving delivery world and identify key priorities for BUs.
- Stakeholder alignment with BU leads and key markets on priority channels to invest with a profitable business model to drive 3x market growth.
- Work closely with BU teams to prioritize the most efficient investment tactics.
- Develop & implement joint business plans for customers with the overall dCom strategies & BU priorities.
- Negotiating commercial terms both yearly and throughout the year & building long-term relationships with clients
