Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the General Accident Department.
- Oversee claims processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare reports on department performance and present findings to senior management.
- 10 years of experience in insurance or claims management, preferably in a general accident context.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, In Insurance or a related field is plus.
- Relevant industry certifications Associate of III or CII in General Insurance are a plus.
