JOB TITLE: Deputy Manager - Operations

JOB TITLE: Deputy Manager Operations

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the safe and efficient operations of all process facilities, safety system and utilities for maximum production of hydrocarbon.
• Provide technical support to the Operations Team to deliver hydrocarbon safely and effectively through the process plant to export pipeline.
• Ensure all Plant is operated to design limits and procedures.
• Ensure product quality specification are achieved to Standard and Specification.
• Generate procedures, checklists and method statements for process operations and review update existing procedures.
• Review maintenance and performance of Safety Critical Equipment and Systems and advice on improvements or modifications.
• Assist in the supervision and coordination of all activities during process shutdown and start-up.
• Ensure process start-up and shutdown procedures are technically correct for efficient plant re-sets and start-up after a plant trip or major planned shutdown.
• Review Control room Logs on daily basis and advise Operations Manager where Plant is not performing to design or any equipment that require maintenance
• Lead the technical audit and assessment of site operating standards and performance
• Responsible in maintaining Petrofac HSSE Policies, Life Saving Rules & Standards and perform assigned tasks and duties in accordance with instructions, safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
  
  

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Typically, a degree in relevant engineering discipline
• 15+ years’ experience of operation experience in gas sector
