An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Reward Manager to join a leading international service provider in the energy industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing salary strategies, overseeing compensation structures, and managing benefits programs.

  • Develop salary strategies in line with overall organisation objectives to attract, retain and motivate employees.
  • Keep abreast with the marketplace by researching, developing and introducing cost-effective programs.
  • Analyse Company’s overall compensation competitiveness and initiate processes for responsive plans to trends in the labour market.
  • Oversee the salary structure and design of the Company’s pay and grading scales.
  • Lead salary statistical analysis using various quantitative techniques including preparation of compa-ratio and other salary analysis.
  • Contribute to managing the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Partake in developing specifications for new compensation and benefit plans or modify existing plans to maintain Company’s competitive position in labour market.
  • Monitor and analyse trends affecting pay and benefits to assess the organizations competitiveness.
  • Lead merit increases and bonus exercise.
  • The ideal candidate for the Deputy Reward Manager role will bring a wealth of knowledge in reward management, including base pay, variable pay and benefits.
  • You will have a proven track record in a similar sector and hold a bachelor’s or master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Your experience with HR systems such as Oracle Cloud and performance management systems will be highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of the financial impact of actions and stakeholder engagement is essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are required, along with experience managing change in a fast-paced organisation.
  • You must have experience in a similar industry
