Job Responsibility

• Delivering the Software Engineering services in the areas Microsoft Infrastructure Support services Coordinate with DSMA team in Bahrain office for support tasks
• Coordinate with local ISP in case of any performance issue
• End user support for laptops & company provided mobile phones
• Datacenter maintenance & periodic GENSET/UPS testing
• Coordinate with DSMA team in Bahrain office for support tasks
• Work on ServiceNOW tickets and resolve them within SLA
  
  

Job Qualifications & Experience

IT Support Engineer with 8+ years of experience in the UAE,

ITIL 4 Foundation - IT Service Management – Axelos

Microsoft Azure Essentials - Great Learning

MCITP - Microsoft

Job Skills & Competencies

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Defender, Teams, Microsoft Purview, Security & Compliance, Microsoft Copilot, Licensing & User
• Endpoint Management: MECM, Microsoft Intune Administration, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), Patch Management, Compliance
• Active Directory & Policy Management: Active Directory Administration, Group Policy Management
• Operating Systems: Windows (10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022), macOS, Linux (Ubuntu)
