Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead strategic relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs), with a focus on expanding market presence in China and other key Asian markets.
- Establish continuous communication with Market Managers of leading OTAs, overseeing the verification of offers, campaigns, production reports, positioning, exclusive deals, and negotiating and tracking these initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of targeted campaigns and exclusive offers, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and stay ahead of competitors. Lead competitive benchmarking and recommend actionable insights.
- Generate and review detailed performance reports, offering strategic recommendations based on key metrics, including booking trends, revenue growth, and market share.
- Oversee the seamless onboarding of new hotels to existing online channels.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, hospitality, or online travel, with a strong track record in OTA account management, market expansion, or digital marketing.
- Proven leadership in managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth across global markets, especially in Asia.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; fluent in Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, develop strategies, and drive results.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai (MUST).
