- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, design, and legal) to evaluate project viability.
- Monitor the performance of existing assets and provide analytical support for optimization strategies.
- Track regional development pipelines and provide insights into market opportunities.
- Maintain databases of development projects, property performance, and industry benchmarks.
- Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, partnerships, or new projects.
- Contribute to strategic planning and assist in preparing annual development reports.
