Synopsis

To help answer the highest value analytical problem statements posed by different teams and departments across Etihad Airways to the Digital & eCommerce team. Reporting to the Digital Engagement Senior Manager and working under the guidance of the Digital & eCommerce Director, he/she should leverage their advanced analytical skills and leverage the wider analytical toolkit, to lead and visualize Etihad’s digital and enterprise data resources. Also, he/she should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively work across a multi-disciplined environment. He/she will be encouraged to develop their skills and techniques for the analysis of data and problem solving, to stay up-to-date with industry leading Digital Analytics capabilities

Accountabilities

• Lead the delivery of high-impact digital and enterprise analytics projects, translating complex datasets into actionable insights to solve priority business challenges across Etihad’s departments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Commercial units, to understand analytical needs and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain digital dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance to stakeholders at all levels.
• Apply advanced analytical and data science techniques, including predictive modelling and segmentation, to optimize digital customer journeys and commercial performance.
• Continuously evolve analytics methodologies and tools, staying current with industry trends and best practices to enhance Etihad’s digital analytics capabilities and foster a data-driven culture.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Atleast 6 years of deep experience in digital analytics, reporting and data management and/or Data Science models used in commercial/digital processes.
• Experience within the aviation industry in the areas of digital analytics, Business Analytics would be preferred
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or related field. Additional qualifications in analytical disciplines and techniques an advantage
• Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
