- Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of engaging content across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Analyse content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise engagement.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and updates.
- Identify trends in digital content and implement innovative approaches to stay ahead in the retail market.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialised content creation, as needed.
- Ensure all digital content meets quality standards and is aligned with the target audience.
A successful Digital Content Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital content within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
