Affiliate Program Management
The Digital Marketing Affiliate is responsible for managing and growing the company’s affiliate marketing network to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue. This role focuses on building relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring that all affiliate activities align with the brand’s overall digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a data-driven mindset, and an understanding of digital performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, influencers, and publishers.
- Develop strong relationships with affiliates to maximize engagement and performance.
- Monitor affiliate activity, ensure compliance with program policies, and detect potential fraud.
- Develop promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns with affiliates.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, and traffic quality.
- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, creative assets, and product updates.
- Track key performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and revenue growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the marketing and finance teams.
- Use data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and suggest strategies for performance improvement.
- Work closely with the paid media, SEO, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaigns.
- Coordinate with product and creative teams to ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date assets.
- Collaborate with finance on commission payments and performance tracking.
- Attend affiliate marketing events, webinars, and industry forums to recruit new partners.
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements.
- Maintain transparent and positive communication with affiliates to foster long-term collaborations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and general digital marketing principles.
- Experience with influencer marketing or brand ambassador programs.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Understanding of e-commerce and conversion funnels.
- Negotiation and contract management experience.
- Growth in affiliate partner network.
- Increase in affiliate-driven revenue and conversions.
- Improvement in ROI and reduction in CPA.
- Retention and satisfaction rate of affiliate partners.
