As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' digital success by implementing effective strategies, crafting visually appealing proposals using Canva and Adobe Suite. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of digital marketing activities, including social media management, website design, and campaign management, as well account management and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare captivating client proposals on Canva, integrating pictures, graphs, and compelling content to showcase tailored strategies.
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies for clients, including static and animated content, engaging in regular meetings to ensure alignment with their goals.
- Curate English copywriting for social media accounts, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Source high-quality HD photos online to enhance the content calendar.
- Manage daily posting on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook for clients.
- Conduct thorough SEO audits on multiple websites, identifying issues, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Manage the Company's and clients' website with Wix CMS.
- Write blog posts, news articles, and website copies as required.
- Design creative and conversion optimized email newsletters.
- Set-up e-mail-marketing workflows and personalized templates.
- Create comprehensive monthly SEO & Digital Performance reports for clients and internal websites.
- Conduct and manage photoshoots, including operating the camera and overseeing the visual direction.
- Assist in managing certain administrative tasks and accounting functions as needed.
- Other marketing related tasks as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
- Proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring efficient and effective results.
- Proficiency in Canva, along with strong graphic design and content writing skills.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in SEO and PPC strategy development and performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and collaborative team player, driven by creativity and results.
- Proficiency in content management systems and email marketing platforms.
