Digital Marketing Specialist

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
* Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
* Manage and grow Powernsun’s online presence through consistent and engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
* Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion data to improve results continuously.
* Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop landing pages, promotional materials, and email campaigns.
* Implement SEO best practices and monitor keyword rankings and organic growth.
* Track marketing KPIs, create reports, and present insights to leadership.
* Stay current with trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
* Coordinate digital support for product launches, exhibitions, webinars, and events.
* Manage CRM marketing automation flows and integrations with platforms like Zoho or HubSpot.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or the renewable energy sector.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
* Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
* Proficiency in managing CMS platforms like WordPress.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
