Digital Strategy Manager GTR
The Digital Strategy Manager GTR is responsible for leading and implementing the Ploom Digital strategy in the Global Travel Retail market. This role focuses on developing a yearly digital plan, promoting key Consumer Experience Management (CEM) principles, and ensuring a superior digital consumer experience. The manager will collaborate with Ploom marketing managers, regional Consumer Activation Managers, and the Ploom Brand Group to support brand objectives and strategies
Additionally, you will lead the commercial engine deployment for GTR, conduct data-driven analyses to support digital and brand activations, while also guiding the team towards key findings and insights to action the digital strategy for Ploom in GTR.

Digital Strategy Manager GTR
The Digital Strategy Manager GTR is responsible for leading and implementing the Ploom Digital strategy in the Global Travel Retail market. Additionally, you will lead the commercial engine deployment for GTR, conduct data-driven analyses to support digital and brand activations, while also guiding the team towards key findings and insights to action the digital strategy for Ploom in GTR.
Position
The Digital Strategy Manager GTR will
- Lead digital strategies for GTR by identifying needs in the digital ecosystem and optimizing the consumer journey through online applications. Coordinate the integration of digital tools with offline touchpoints based on consumer needs and competitive insights. Define brand objectives, consumer mechanics, and manage budgets for all program elements.
- Build brand awareness and acquire consumers with digital campaigns that align with global guidelines, supporting Ploom's equity and consumer activation across all relevant digital channels.
- Create synergies with domestic DES and campaigns to enhance GTR tools and ensure seamless consumer targeting and experience while fostering a data-driven decision-making environment.
- Monitor KPIs and investment for all digital activities, continuously optimizing results through a data-centric, test-and-learn approach.
- University degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in both brand management and digital strategy development & operations
- Proven success in delivering brand and digital campaigns/programs for consumer products
- Experience in cross-functional projects, as a team member or lead
- Travel retail experience is an advantage
- Cross-cultural experience
- Strong track record in digital analysis, generating actionable insights, and developing strategic action plans
- Opportunity to work in an open atmosphere in a modern office with a team of various backgrounds and experiences
