Job Description
Welcome the customer, understand their required service and direct them to the concerned service officer.
Promote the online licensing services (through RTA's portal) to the customers
Guide the customer on the digital licensing process (using the assigned tablet)
Coordinate with the supervisor to implement digital services and initiatives.
Provide highest level of customer service to maintain high customer happiness scores
Identify, evaluate, and recommend digital technologies and platforms that align with RTA goals.
Measure and assess the success of digital initiatives and collaborate with the management on further enhancements of the service
