Job Summary


The Director, Atlantis Global Brand and Kerzner International is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategy for the Atlantis brand portfolio, including Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, Atlantis Sanya, and upcoming projects worldwide. This position serves as the global custodian of the Atlantis brand, ensuring alignment with Kerzner International's overall vision and strategic priorities while driving brand consistency, innovation, and guest engagement across all touchpoints.

Reporting to senior leadership, this role encompasses responsibility for spearheading strategic development and execution of global marketing initiatives for Kerzner's operated properties including Bab Al Shams, Mazagan, and the emerging Rare Finds portfolio. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams and property leadership to bring brands to life through tailored initiatives, support new property openings, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize brand strategies for sustained growth and market relevance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as global custodian of the Atlantis brand, ensuring alignment with Kerzner International's overall vision and strategic priorities
  • Partner with Atlantis President to identify growth opportunities including new markets, product innovations, and strategic brand collaborations
  • Define and execute comprehensive Atlantis brand strategy that resonates with diverse audiences and reinforces luxury lifestyle positioning
  • Ensure brand consistency across all properties, touchpoints, and markets to create cohesive and iconic brand identity
  • Collaborate with property teams to deliver authentic Atlantis brand experiences through tailored initiatives, unique events, and immersive activations
  • Lead development of creative campaigns and brand activations that inspire, engage, and captivate target audiences globally
  • Support new property openings with pre-opening strategies that reflect the brand's bold and iconic identity
  • Provide brand leadership and guidance to on-property teams, empowering consistent and authentic experience delivery
  • Craft compelling brand narratives that celebrate Atlantis as a destination for wonder, excitement, and unforgettable memories
  • Stay ahead of market trends and consumer behaviors, driving innovation that elevates brand offerings and market positioning
  • Oversee creation of bold, cutting-edge marketing initiatives that reflect Atlantis' vibrant and dynamic personality
  • Serve as global custodian of Kerzner International's emerging brands including Rare Finds portfolio
  • Partner with President of Rare Finds to identify growth opportunities and execute brand strategies for luxury lifestyle positioning
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators including brand health, guest satisfaction, and competitive positioning


Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related role within wellness, fitness, or hospitality industries
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities with proven track record of developing disruptive brand strategies
  • Deep understanding of wellness and fitness sectors, consumer behavior, and emerging hospitality trends
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and inspire diverse teams
  • Passion for creating innovative, guest-centric experiences that redefine wellness and performance travel
  • Experience supporting development on new pitches and opportunities to expand global footprint
  • Proven ability to leverage insights and research to anticipate emerging trends in hospitality and entertainment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct brand audits and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
