Director – Commercial Analytics and Governance

What You’ll Deliver

• You'll Lead the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance and oversee the Tender process ensuring full compliance to all regulations.
• You'll establish, implement, and maintain a robust commercial governance framework that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Leading policy and process implementation, including improving processes, policies, procedures, and operating manuals to ensure alignment with internal regulations and standards.
• You'll evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotional strategies, analyze demand for retail and concession services, optimizing space utilization, parking, to boost overall non-aeronautical revenue and improve passenger experience.
• You’ll stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact contract governance and act as a liaison between the organization and external commercial partners.
• You’ll oversee the preparation of regular reports and dashboards to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
  
  

What You Bring

• You should be educated to a degree level or a field relevant to Business Management, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Marketing or a related with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience within Aviation/related field.
• You’ll have core experience in Data analysis and Insight Generation, Contract Performance and Business Case Analysis, Commercial Performance Reporting, Stakeholder and Partner Engagement.
• You’ll have experience in Business Intelligence (BI) Tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation as well as Data Science Skills such as familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
• You’ll have experience in Data Analytics Platforms like SAS, SQL for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining to identify trends and optimize revenue.
• You’ll have experience in Revenue Management and Pricing Tools used in the aviation industry for demand forecasting and pricing, such as PROS, Amadeus, or similar systems. You’ll also have familiarity in using tools like ArcGIS or similar platforms that provide insights into passenger movement patterns to optimize retail locations and service offerings.
