The Role:

As the Director of Engineering, you will lead and scale our engineering organization to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions. You will be responsible for driving the technical execution of our applied research, shaping engineering strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple product teams. What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Partner closely with research, product, and design teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and reliable AI-powered solutions.
• Translate advanced research into production-grade systems and services.
• Define and execute engineering strategy and architecture in alignment with company goals.

• Champion best practices in software engineering, including testing, performance, and security.
• Ensure high standards in code quality, system reliability, and platform scalability.

What You'll Bring:

• 12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing high-performing technical teams.
• Proven experience in building and scaling complex software systems, involving AI/ML technologies.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and applied AI.
• Track record of successfully shipping products from concept to production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
