Role Objective
To oversee the execution of initiatives related to international organizations, contribute to the formulation of public policy, and lead the strategic and operational planning of the department to ensure alignment with national objectives in international cooperation.

Role Objective
To oversee the execution of initiatives related to international organizations, contribute to the formulation of public policy, and lead the strategic and operational planning of the department to ensure alignment with national objectives in international cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead policy files to ensure the country meets its obligations under international laws and agreements.
- Manage and supervise the department's sub-units, ensuring performance efficiency and eliminating redundancy in goals or tasks.
- Prepare strategic and operational plans and develop performance indicators.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of international organizations and support national project opportunities within international cooperation frameworks.
- Regularly monitor KPIs, assess performance, and prepare annual departmental performance reports.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and drive internal team motivation and change management.
- Support the direct supervisor and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Implement and monitor state policy in international organization activities and related networks.
- Lead the development and approval of operational procedures, KPIs, and quality standards for the department, proposing improvements as needed.
- Oversee administrative functions such as planning, budgeting, reporting, and service delivery.
- Develop internal plans to foster team-building culture and continuous learning to ensure high-quality work delivery.
- PhD in International Relations + 4 years of experience
- Master’s in International Relations + 7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s in International Relations + 10 years of experience
