- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for labor standards.
- Review and evaluate labor policies and assess their market impact.
- Propose labor market regulations and standards and monitor compliance.
- Supervise studies and research related to labor market policies.
- Coordinate responses to international organization reports on labor standards.
- Participate in specialized committees related to labor affairs.
