About The Role
We are looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Director of Legal who will have lead responsibility for Moove’s global debt-raising and banking matters and will also take a leading role within the Legal team on a broad range of other matters. The role will be based in Dubai and will report to the Chief Legal Officer.
What You’ll Be Doing
Advising on all debt and banking transactions for Moove
Helping to build and scale the legal function
Leading on a range of legal matters
Supporting in formulating legal risk management strategies for Moove
What You Will Need For This Position
Law degree from a top international university
Minimum of 5-7yrs experience at an international law firm in Banking department
Excellent Negotiation And Drafting Skills Required
A passion to join a startup and make a difference
The ability to prioritise and multi-task, particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, chaotic and non-hierarchical environment
