What You Will Be Doing

• Leveraging deep expertise in education products to inform strategic decision-making
• Crafting technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and long-term sustainability
• Utilizing generative AI technologies to automate engineering processes, aligning with a strategic vision of minimizing manual efforts

Director Of Product Architecture Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the CTO for one or more educational products, taking ownership of key competencies and driving business value through strategic execution and decision-making
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Profound experience and interest in data-driven learning science
• 7+ years of experience in architecture and design decision-making on software projects, including the use of architecture design patterns or significant open-source technologies
• 2+ years of experience in design decisions related to cloud computing services (primarily AWS)
• 4+ years in roles with full technical and delivery ownership of a revenue-generating product
• Experience in developing product features leveraging Generative AI
• Experience in utilizing Generative AI to streamline work processes

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
