Director of Projects

This role will lead multiple strategic projects simultaneously (up to four), managing cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and ensuring successful, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery — all while keeping guest experience and operational readiness front and center.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead planning and execution of new attraction and entertainment projects from initiation through post-opening.
• Coordinate across departments — design, operations, commercial, HSE, legal, and more — to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Develop business and operational plans aligned with Miral’s strategic goals.
• Manage pre-opening and post-opening budgets, milestones, risk, and resource planning.
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Miral Experiences' SOPs, legal guidelines, and authority requirements.
• Lead and develop high-performing project teams and operational readiness plans.
• Contribute to shaping the New Business Operations strategy and decision-making.

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, or architecture).
• Master’s degree or HSE certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in project management within leisure/entertainment/theme parks is a must
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of project lifecycle, operational planning, P&L, and legal/contractual compliance.
• Project Management Certification required.
• Proficient in Excel, project reporting, and tools like Navisworks/BIM 360 is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
