As the Director of Sales - multi property responsibility, you play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our 2 Hotels. Leveraging your extensive sales leadership experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team. Your focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with a deep understanding of the market dynamics, will contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- Drive the development and execution of sales plans for different market segments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maximize team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Ensure the effective communication of the hotel's unique selling propositions.
- Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Report regularly on sales performance against budgetary goals.
- Coordinate and support sales-related events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Drive participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Work closely with revenue management and reservations teams to optimize room revenue.
- Ensure sales activities adhere to ethical standards and compliance requirements.
- Uphold the hotel's reputation and brand integrity in all sales interactions.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate innovations into sales strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes for improved efficiency.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
