Job Description
- Develop and execute post-deal integration plans and value creation strategies
- Deliver 100-day transition plans ensuring operational alignment and synergy realisation
- Engage stakeholders across multiple subsidiaries to drive integration success
- Identify and implement commercial and operational synergies within food and agri businesses
- Collaborate with Strategy, M&A, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
- Support change management initiatives to ensure cultural and operational alignment
- Consulting or Investment Banking background with exposure to Deals, specifically Post-deal Integration or Value Creation
- Proven experience in Food & Agri sector integration consulting - this is essential
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify operational synergies
- Proven UAE experience (must be based here currently or within the last 18 months)
- Hands-on approach, not purely strategic oversight
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; open to Senior Manager-level candidates ready to step up to Director
