What you’ll be doing

• Lead and deliver the talent acquisition strategy across corporate, executive office, and diverse business units.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Directly head-hunt senior leadership roles (VP, SVP, GM & Group level).
• Build long-term talent pipelines to support future business growth.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
• Drive recruitment efficiency — optimizing time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

What makes you a great fit

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in executive hiring and direct sourcing strategies.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing TA teams.
• Strong exposure to large, diversified businesses (real estate, retail, consumer goods, or related).
• A commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at the highest levels.
