Job Overview

As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Director - Total Rewards, Digital Human Capital, and Organizational Effectiveness to lead the design, implementation, and digital transformation of our human capital strategies. This role combines expertise in total rewards, digital innovation, and organizational development to foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while leveraging advanced technologies to modernize HR processes. Reporting to the Chief Human Capital and Culture Officer, this role will oversee the design and execution of key programs, ensuring alignment with Presight’s global growth strategy and its cutting-edge AI-driven ethos.

Responsibilities

  • Total Rewards:
  • Design, implement, and oversee competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop compensation benchmarking frameworks leveraging tools such as Towers Watson or Hays salary scales.
  • Manage compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits offerings tailored for both local UAE employees and international talent.
  • Oversee Emiratization-driven reward strategies and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and global regulations.
  • Digital Human Capital:
  • Lead the digital transformation of the Human Capital function by integrating AI and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Implement cutting-edge HRIS systems to improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Develop predictive analytics models to forecast workforce trends, optimize talent acquisition, and enhance organizational agility.
  • Stay ahead of global trends in digital HR to position Presight as a leader in innovative people management solutions.
  • Organizational Effectiveness:
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to improve team performance, structure, and capabilities.
  • Develop and execute leadership development programs aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to design succession planning frameworks and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Implement strategies for change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Compliance and Global Strategy:
  • Ensure all compensation and organizational strategies adhere to local and international labor laws.
  • Provide expertise in cross-border benefits management, especially in regions such as Central Asia and Europe.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for global expansion projects, including new entity setups and mergers.
  • Leadership:
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and strategies to support Presight’s rapid growth and innovation.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of compensation analytics and organizational frameworks.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operationalize plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management and change management expertise.
  • Proficiency in HR technology platforms, compensation tools, and OD frameworks.
  • Collaborative leadership style with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on compensation, benefits, HRIS, and organizational development.
  • Proven experience in digitalizing HR functions and applying AI-driven solutions to human capital challenges.
  • Expertise in UAE labor laws, Emiratization initiatives, and international HR practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with leading HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar tools.
  • A collaborative leader with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD Level 7) are highly desirable.
