Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for managed services that aligns with the overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and related personnel, setting clear goals and objectives to guide successful product development and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for new or improved managed services.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements for the managed services Practice products
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that the product strategy is aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Define and direct marketing programs for business development, demand creation, lead generation and maintaining services awareness and communication to external customers and partners for competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, and new markets development
- Work closely with the platform management, operations and delivery teams to ensure the product roadmap is effectively executed.
- Ensure the timely development of managed services Practice products as per the agreed upon deadline
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through to development, launch, and phase-out.
- Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product.
- Manage managed services Practice product development budget and present Lead with financial report
- Vendor relationship including but not exclusive to, monthly meetings, sales tracking, joint go to market and business plan creation (with other business units)
- Prepare and present detailed product performance reports to senior management, suggesting improvements and innovations.
- Ensure products meet all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Product Management
