Job Information


He / She is in charge of:

  • receive patients and their entourage and conduct interviews;
  • evaluate claims;
  • collaborate with nursing, medical and administrative staff;
  • provide a clear and concise response to patients and those around them;
  • participate in the development of improvement plans in close collaboration with the quality unit;
  • maintain records of complaints received and their resolutions in order to prepare an annual report;
  • work with external organizations;
  • ensure prevention by promoting communication between the patient and the healthcare provider;
  • help the user to co-construct a solution.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in conflict resolution and mediation;
  • mastery of three national languages;
  • in-depth knowledge of health laws and regulations;
  • understanding of health care systems and patients’ rights;
  • solution-oriented mind.


Advantages:

  • Fluency in any other language will be considered an asset.
