- Control & Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders while tracking revisions and approvals.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all MEP documentation adheres to company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate document flow.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accessibility for audits and reference.
- Software & Systems: Utilize document management software (such as Aconex, EDMS, or similar) to streamline processes.
