We are seeking a reliable and organized Document Controller with proven experience in the UAE construction sector. The candidate will manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents, ensuring accuracy, proper tracking, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Only candidates with prior document control experience in construction companies will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the flow of project documents (drawings, submittals, reports, correspondence).
- Ensure documents are properly numbered, filed, and stored (both electronically and physically).
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure easy retrieval of all project documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for timely document submissions.
- Track document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in circulation.
- Prepare logs, transmittals, and reports as required by the project team.
- Ensure compliance with project documentation standards and QA/QC requirements.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of document control experience within the UAE construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and document control systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
