Administration of a document control system in support of program-wide administrative and operational activities.
Job Duties
- Maintaining of all technical documents such as specifications, drawings vendor drawings, calculation sheets, field revision instructions, engineering revisions instructions, shop maintaining the Electronic Document Archive.
- Preparing the monthly document control reports such as Registers/logs of Critical / Non-Critical Documents, GFC Drawings, Shop Drawings, RFI,NCR, CAR (Corrective Action Request ) etc. for the submission of monthly progress report to the client
- Keeping all periodical records / registers as required under the provisions of various laws. Registration / Renewal of various licenses.
- Issuing Documents as per their status and requirement through the Engineering Transmittals generated. to the Client, Consultant, Project Departments and Company Head Office.
- Keeping track with Head Office and Vendors for latest Documents and Drawings & issuing the latest revisions of those.
- Handling and maintaining all types of incoming & outgoing correspondences & transmittals.
- Complying and presenting as built documents as per approved final document procedure.
- Preparing daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports for maintaining regular record of site development.
- Maintaining Master Document Register generated by the Database and making it ready for Monthly Progress Report & to submit for Milestone Payment.

- Minimum 6 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably working within a construction or design consulting environment preferred.
