Job Description

We are currently seeking a Document Controller - UAE National , reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the Role:

As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards. You’ll work closely with project teams to support document workflows, version control, and secure archiving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

From Day 1, you’ll be a valued contributor, supporting real projects and working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control project documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure timely distribution and retrieval of documents to/from internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain document registers and track revisions, approvals, and submissions
• Support audits and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure document compliance and accessibility
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of document control systems and processes
  
  
  

About You:

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with document control systems and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
  

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Prior experience or internship in document control or administrative support
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally
