Document Management & Data Analytics (FO) Manager

Emirates Flight Operations is seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to support our evolving operational needs by leading the enhancement of the OPS Document Management System (DMS). This role is vital to maintaining our commitment to safety, data integrity, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, the role shall strengthen departmental capabilities in self-service data analytics, empowering teams to extract insights and drive informed decision-making independently.

• Oversee the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the OPS DMS platform to ensure it effectively supports Flight Operations and partner departments.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in OPS DMS, contributing to strategic initiatives and supporting broader organizational goals.
• Act as the primary liaison for OPS DMS, both internally and externally, including leading staff training to ensure effective and consistent system use.
• Safeguard the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all data and documentation uploaded to OPS DMS, aligning with Flight Operations standards and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance Flight Operations’ self-service data analytics capabilities.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of specialists focused on OPS DMS and self-service analytics, fostering expertise, innovation, and operational excellence across Flight Operations.
  
  

Qualification

• A degree or education in Aviation, Engineering, and/or IT, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of previous experience in Flight Operations, Flight Operations Compliance Monitoring, and/or Flight Operations IT.
• Previous DMS and data analytical background and/or document management experience is desirable.
• Previous management experience, including team leadership and people development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
